Grade 5 Security Door

Grade 5 Security Door is the highest grade under the GB17565-2022 standard for commercial security doors. This is the top protection level available for building entry points. It resists heavy-duty attacks and provides extended forced entry protection. Banks, government buildings, and high-value retail stores use Grade 5 Security Doors for perimeter protection. The door panel uses cold-rolled carbon steel with a minimum thickness of 1.0mm. The door frame uses 2.0mm thick steel. The total door thickness is 95mm. The interior has a steel skeleton with reinforcing bars. This prevents deformation under attack. Locking points exceed 22 around the door. This secures the door into the frame on all sides. The lock mechanism uses B-grade or higher locks meeting GA/T 73-2015 standards. A reinforced steel plate protects the lock area within a 100mm radius.

Grade 5 means the door withstands 30 minutes of sustained attack. This includes drill attacks, torch cutting, and physical force. The door has an anti-cutting mesh integrated into the door body. This triggers an alarm if someone tries to cut through. The alarm activates at 120 decibels. This deters attackers and alerts security. The lock system includes multiple locking bolts. The bolt design prevents spreading or forcing.
