Battery Usage
Please use high-quality, leak-proof AAA alkaline batteries (size 5). When installing the batteries, please pay attention to the positive and negative polarities, placing them according to the markings on the battery compartment. Remove the batteries from the battery compartment if the safe will not be used for an extended period.
Product Accessory Storage
Please keep the product manual, door lock key, emergency key, electronic key, battery compartment, keyhole plastic rod, purchase invoice, warranty card, and other accessories in a safe place. The user manual contains the safe's product number and combination. The factory uses the product number and model to create the product's technical file, which allows users to retrieve the safe's combination. This is especially important for mechanical safes. Never lock these accessories inside the safe; otherwise, you will have no means of emergency opening if the safe cannot be opened. For double-door safes, it is recommended to label the keys for the upper and lower doors to prevent misuse and potential key jamming in the lock cylinder. After changing the combination, it is best to write it down in a separate notebook to avoid forgetting it and causing unlocking problems. Always keep the keys and combination separate for enhanced security.
